Spills and Spots Can Turn Into Stains

All sealers, both impregnators and coatings are designed to slow down the staining process. This does not mean that you can leave the spill on the stone indefinitely. It is always a good practice to clean the spill up as quickly as possible. Note: Certain sealers will only slow down the staining process , the stone will still stain if left long enough.

TIP When picking up a stain from stone always blot the stain.. Never wipe the stain since this may spread the spill and cause staining in a much larger area.
