The color on my red terrazzo floor has faded. Is there a way to bring the color back?

There are several techniques that can be used to bring it back, but first it is necessary to determine why the floor has faded. If the fading is due to excessive wear from foot traffic, resurfacing and polishing should return the color. If the fading is caused by sunlight, then the terrazzo can be
enhanced with one of several sealers designed for this purpose.

TIP A mixture of 50% boiled linseed oil and 50% mineral spirits may also work as a color enhancer. If you use this mixture test it first in a small area. Once applied it is nearly impossible to remove.
